Sometimes, funny things can really brighten your day.

So here I am, dragging my tired feet (even though they have been doing nothing the entire weekend), my eyes half closed as I push my body, seriously looking forward to a new week of JC life.

So, after the usual singing of the national Anthem, standing still as everyone around me recites the pledge, our lovely, young and handsome principal stood up, her face obviously showing sadness, and distress since she is about to reveal something to us.

OMG. WAS TPJC GOING TO CLOSE DOWN? (If so, why is she so sad? Perhaps she is removed, in which case should explain the reason)

Sadly, no.

SBSTransit sent a letter to my lovely college, saying that they have received "Numerous (IN UNDERLINE. OMFGWTFROFLLMAOLOLOLOLBBQ?) comments about your (TPJC) students not moving to the back of the bus, causing incovenience to the passengers from boarding the buses (Note: I may be a little off, but the letter was something like that)."

=D

Seriously, first of all: DO WE EVEN CARE? **** you if you can't get on the bus. Wait for the next. Second of all, we DO move to the back, because there is a simple reason that the exit door is at the back. Thirdly, how about the fact that there are morons who put their packet of tissue paper beside them, preventing us from sitting down? So, is it really our fault that those losers can't get on board? Next, I believe that the bus driver will tell the people to move towards the back, if he feels that the front is too cramped, which I have seen it being done plenty of times.

Also, if you are going to complain about small matters like these, take a cab. THIS IS LIFE. YOU WIN SOME, YOU LOSE SOME. kthxbai.

Then again, is such incidents so "damaging" to our school image? It's just because the public is being an ass (a small fraction of them, mind you), does not mean that the college image is down the drain. I don't see them complaining at all when it's some other tom dick or harry. So, why is the principal so worked up, when all of us won't give a shit about it? Her job on the line? Probably. But then, we don't care either way. And, this is one of the dumbest reasons I've heard for complaining. It's like saying "Your students are hogging the line in the food court, resulting in people being unable to buy their food", or "Your students have brought all the newspaper, resulting in others being unable to buy newspaper". Really, a slight note to us will do, no need for such a big act of sorts. Perhaps crying would improve the scene though. Then again...

So why does the morons of the public love to complain about people in school uniforms? Simple, because there is someone they can complain to, namely their principal. If it's some other guy, they got no one to talk to. It's just like playing soccer on some grass patch. The public will complain because they are wearing school uniforms. But if they wear home clothes, case closed.

Idiots.
